Australian Shepherds

This puppy is a purebred Miniature Australian Shepherd. Registration papers with American Stock Dog Registry (ASDR) will be included as part of this agreement. Registration papers will be provided to the buyer upon full payment of the puppy. This puppy is sold as a pet quality puppy only.

Breeder guarantees that the puppy is healthy, and free of known contagious diseases. Puppy is up to date vaccinations and de-worming required for its age at the time of this agreement.

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) days of receipt of the puppy, excluding weekends. If the puppy is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by a veterinarian's written statement, the buyer can elect to keep the puppy, assuming all costs for its care, or may return the puppy for a full refund upon the breeder's receipt of the veterinarian's statement regarding the puppy's health.

This refund is for the amount of the purchase price of the puppy only and it does not include shipping or any vet bills.

This provision will expire 48 hours after buyer takes possession of the puppy, excluding weekends.

We offer a one-year guarantee against genetic defects in your new puppy. We will give you a replacement puppy (same gender and color) if the puppy is to have any claim of a genetic defect with written proof by two licensed veterinarians.

Breeding of this puppy shall indicate that the buyer believes, to the best of his ability, that said puppy is free from genetic defects covered by this guarantee and said guarantee will be null and void.

If said puppy is found to have any of the above mentioned conditions, the buyer shall notify the seller immediately and provide appropriate documentation of the problem, and promptly spay or neuter the puppy.

After the puppy has been spayed or neutered the buyer shall be entitled to a comparable puppy out of a future litter as soon as one is available and at no cost to the buyer. Buyer will only be responsible for the shipping and/or picking up of the new puppy at 8 weeks of age.

If the said puppy is sold then this guarantee becomes null and void.

Breeder strongly encourages buyer to attend puppy obedience classes with puppy to help provide proper socialization. Breeder strongly urges owner to spay/neuter the puppy at 6 months of age.

We offer no guarantee as to the size of your new puppy. Although our dogs come from generations of proven miniatures/toys, crop outs are still possible. We offer no guarantee as to the eye color of the puppy. Although the eye color appears to be blue, this can change at a later age.

The said puppy has been vaccinated and de-wormed. A record/schedule will be provided.

This guarantee expires one year from date of purchase of your new puppy.
